Yes, your charge is processed immediately. Initially, it may appear as an authorization on your account, and once accepted, it will show as a charge on your statement.
Yes, we do. You can request a completely new design from us or modify any of the available designs in our shop to your liking. You can request changes to the font, quote, image, or anything else you want. Alternatively, you can send us your own design. We will print and ship according to your specifications.
If you provide us with an incorrect address and the shipment has not yet been sent out, please email us so we can update it with the correct address. If the shipment has already been sent, it is not our responsibility to re-send the item to your new address. Therefore, please ensure you enter the correct address when placing your orders!
If you receive a faulty item, simply send us a picture of it along with your order number. If the item delivered to you is faulty or deteriorates after the first wash, we’ll send you a free replacement. You don’t need to send the faulty item back to us; a picture will suffice.
If your order is canceled within 24 hours from the time you placed it, there will be no cancellation fee. However, if the order has already been processed for production, it cannot be canceled.
